6 month check-in and whew…

That’s 12 pounds down but this journey has been about so much more than a number on the scale. It’s been about proving to myself that I can do hard things. That I can keep going even when progress feels slow, life feels heavy, and motivation isn’t always there.

Because let’s be real not every day was easy. Some days were exhausting, some days were frustrating, and some days I wanted faster results. But I kept showing up anyway. And that’s the part I’m most proud of.

This is your reminder that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
You do not have to do everything right… you just have to keep going.
The small choices, the hard days, the moments you wanted to quit but didn’t …. they add up.

I’m not at the finish line yet, but I am stronger than I was, leaner than I was, and more confident than I was 6 months ago. And honestly? That matters.

Still growing.
Still pushing.
Still becoming the version of me I know is in there.

A little less doubt.
A little more discipline.
A whole lot more belief in myself.

“If the products are so good, why aren’t they in stores?”

I get asked this a lot, and honestly it’s a fair question.

The simple answer?
Because not being in stores is a business model choice — not a quality issue.

Just because something is sold in a store doesn’t automatically make it better. Quality comes from the research behind it, the ingredients, the testing, and the company’s investment in the products themselves.

Herbalife uses a direct sales / network marketing model instead of traditional retail. That means instead of grabbing a product off a shelf and never hearing from anyone again, you’re actually connected to a real person who can help guide you, support you, and check in on your progress.

That’s one of the biggest differences.
It’s not just “here’s your product, good luck.”

It’s:

For me, that part matters. People want to feel better, have more energy, reach goals, and actually have someone in their corner while they do it.

Leaving 2025 like… ✌️😌
Grateful, a little tired, and really proud.

This year was a mix of everyday life, big lessons, bold moves, and showing up even when it felt heavy.
Mom life. Business life. Chaos. Growth. Repeat.
Not every day was easy but every single day shaped me.

I wake up every day for my girls.
They are my why. My drive. My reason for pushing forward even on the hardest days.
I will always protect them, advocate for them, and do what’s best for them, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it’s hard.

And let me say this loud: I would not have made it through this year without my village.
The late-night talks. The WIT therapy sessions at the bar. The shoulders I cried on when things felt impossibly heavy. The people who didn’t need an explanation, they just showed up, wrapped me in a hug, and somehow knew that was exactly what I needed.

I’m endlessly grateful for the ones who kept me grounded. The ones who made life feel lighter.
The simple check-ins. The “how are you really?” moments.
The pauses that helped me breathe when everything felt like too much.

As I step forward, I’m choosing growth, courage, and creativity. Reaching for the stars. Thinking outside the box. Building a life and businesses that reflect strength, heart, and purpose.

True entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s for the bold, the curious, and the “I’ll figure it out” kinda people.

Trust me… if I didn’t have the guts to chase wild ideas, .nutrition wouldn’t even exist today.
Owning a business teaches you real quick that the magic lives way outside your comfort zone.

If you haven’t at least considered quitting your day job to sell feet pics, start a bounce-house empire, launch a dog-walking dynasty, or flip thrift-store finds like a hustler… then you might not be stretching far enough yet. 😉
