Trained in Ashi-Thai (bars coming soon!!), Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and the deeply nurturing strokes of Lomi Lomi, Cat’s sessions are a blend of science, intuition, and heart.

Adam is a licensed massage therapist of 10 years with a calm presence, an intuitive touch, and a passion for helping people feel their best. He specializes in gentle, relaxing massage with the ability to adjust pressure to meet your needs. 💆‍♂️✨

He CRUSHED his first day of onboarding—so much so that our demo client, a former massage therapist herself, said she loved his technique and pressure!! 🙌
