Lets talk self-care! What does that look like for you? I know for many clients at Knead Therapy, it comes in many forms, but one thing is consistent for them and that's a monthly massage. Some also get their nails done, work out consistently at the gym, do water aerobics, cycle, and more! What's true for most of us though, is getting too busy and letting life get in the way of our self-care routines. Let 2026 be the year you make yourself a priority!!
