As I close out this year, I want to take a moment to pause, reflect, and give thanks.

Every session, every story shared, every step forward, no matter how small, has been an honor to witness. At Planting A Seed Therapy, serving my clients is more than a service; it’s a relationship rooted in trust, courage, and growth.

This year reminded me that healing isn’t linear. It’s showing up on hard days, celebrating quiet wins, and allowing space for rest and renewal. I am deeply grateful to every client who allowed me to walk alongside them, plant seeds of hope, and nurture progress at their own pace.

As I move into a new year, I remain committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where growth can continue one seed, one conversation, one moment at a time.

⛄️The Holidays & Grief ⛄️

As the holidays approach, many people feel a mix of emotions, especially those carrying grief. While this season is often portrayed as joyful, for some it brings reminders of loss, change, and what once was.

Grief may come from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, family changes, or even the life you imagined. There is no “right” way to grieve, and you don’t have to force happiness to make others comfortable.

This season, give yourself permission to:
• Feel what you feel—without judgment
• Take breaks from traditions that feel heavy
• Create new rituals that honor your healing
• Reach out for support when it feels like too much.
