It’s hard for some parents to hear, but milk, juice, sports drinks, and other beverages may be contributing to your kids cavities! Milk, for example, has 12g of sugar in an 8 ounce serving, and there’s even more sugar in chocolate milk!🥛

When looking at your kid’s sugar intake as whole, remember that beverages can be a sneaky source, and to opt for water more often than anything else.
