We love getting to meet families as they explore next steps — and Kathy’s visit was such a special one.

She toured with her family by her side, and the love and support surrounding her was beautiful to see. They asked thoughtful questions, shared stories, and truly walked through every detail together.

One sweet moment was hearing how a familiar view brought back memories from her younger years. Those full-circle stories are always our favorite.

Tonight, Wildcat Senior Living traveled back in time for a one of a kind Titanic Experience 🌊

Inspired by the grand voyage of the RMS Titanic, our community was filled with elegant touches, meaningful conversations, and so much joy. Residents and their loved ones stepped into history together, sharing laughter, stories, and unforgettable moments.

There is something so special about seeing generations gathered around the table, connecting and creating memories right here at home. Nights like this remind us that senior living is not just about care, it is about experiences, family, and living fully in every season. 💙

🌟 Resident of the Month Spotlight: Michelle “Shelly” 🌟

Michelle “Shelly” brings curiosity, warmth, and a lifetime of experiences to Wildcat Senior Living. Originally from the New Jersey shore, Shelly spent more than two decades teaching chemistry, helping students connect complex concepts to everyday life. Her passion for education and mentorship left a lasting impact on countless students.

After retirement, Shelly continued her spirit of service as a caregiver, volunteer, and devoted grandmother. She proudly goes by “Uber Granny” and stays busy cheering on her three grandchildren as they participate in a variety of sports and activities.

Shelly’s journey brought her to South Carolina and to Wildcat Senior Living in July 2024. Since then, she has become a cherished part of our community. Known as a trusted listener, a problem solver, and the “mom of Independent Living,” Shelly’s kindness, welcoming spirit, and love of decorating help make Wildcat feel like home.

✨ Fun fact: Shelly once raised a classroom piranha named Herk that grew from one inch to fourteen inches.
