Fruits, veggies, beans, steel-cut oats, and potatoes should be at the top of your everyday carbs list.
👉 Carbs to eat sometimes:
Breads, pasta, rice, veggie juice, granola, pancakes, and waffles.
👉Carbs to eat very sparingly:
Fruit juice, soda, ultra-processed snack foods, fast food, fried food, pastries, candy, and anything with 12+ grams of sugar per serving.
