EXCITING NEWS 🎉
Munch & Mingle is BACK this summer! ☀️🍽️

Due to popular demand, we’re bringing back our fun, supportive feeding groups. Spots are limited, so act quickly!

For 6 weeks, join us for 1-hour weekly sessions designed for children with picky eating, sensory-based food aversions, and mealtime challenges. Through play-based, low-pressure activities, kids will explore new foods and build confidence at the table.

Using evidence-based strategies from the SOS Approach to Feeding, we’re making mealtimes more fun and less stressful - for everyone!

Dinner with Friends is officially underway 🍽️✨

Our newest social group kicked off with a one-week practice session at CSS (last week), followed by Restaurant Week (this week) - and this cycle repeats 3 times for a 6-week group experience!

This past week, our teen group headed to La Pasteria to put their skills into action 👏

Led by our COTA, Katie, with the help of Rosie, they’re building confidence in:
•Socializing with peers in a restaurant setting
•Choosing menu items based on personal preferences
•Budgeting for a meal
•Paying with cash or card
•Asking questions & communicating dietary needs (AAC-friendly 💬)
•Making thoughtful meal decisions with guided support
