Restorative Reiki and Sound healing offers in-person and remote sessions. These holistic methods combined with compassion and experience allows clients to transform through deep relaxation and energetic shift. Whether you come to me for emotional or physical reasons, or simply to maintain your well-being, Reiki and sound healing can help anyone to more comfortably and confidently navigate their every day lives. Daytime sessions are available year round*, or expanded hours three seasons be outdoors in Dara's Wellness Tent — a protected, outdoor office space. This gazebo was created to offer safer, in-person healing sessions but goes far beyond. The birds and simply being outside is so good for us! Choose from Reiki, Singing Bowls or book a meditation session. Here, at your home, groups, private. You tell me! Remote Reiki and meditation sessions are always available. Reiki energy and Singing Bowl Sound Therapies are so incredibly relaxing. Their healing goes beyond the surface, in fact restoring our bodies to the states they are intended to live in. Each client gets individually tailored sessions which may include self-compassion work, suggestions to take home with them and is based on my over 20 years of experience with holistic modalities. Each client session brings relaxation, eases the nervous system, soothes and refreshes people who seek balance and restoration. Hello all!
The Junior League of Summit has launched its second annual 100,K Diaper Drive for Mom’s Helping Moms MHM is a local non-profit which distributes 1 million diapers to in-need families in NJ annually.

Need for diapers affects 1 in 2 families in NJ. No diapers, no daycare. No daycare, no work or school for the parents.

We are lucky enough to have enlisted several community partners to help us collect the diapers. There are physical boxes to collect packages of diapers, opened or unopened and I will list the names/locations of the partners below.

There are many reasons people choose Holistic treatments like Reiki and Singing Bowl Sound Healing. Clients may seek help with specific issues like life changes, physical or emotional illness, or just need a little help navigating everyday life. Some people come simply to maintain their sense of well-being. Both Reiki and Singing Bowl Sound Healing sessions are relaxing and comfortable. In Reiki the practitioner acts as conduit to help direct energy refreshment into your body and unblock the chakra system. You may feel warmth or even a pleasant energetic vibration coming off of the practitioner's hands. In a Singing Bowl session you will hear and feel energetic vibrations coming from the hand hammered Himalayan singing bowls as they are gently played on and around your head and body. Either way, both sessions are completely relaxing and it is not unusual for my clients to fall asleep or into a deep meditative state. People have reported feeling wonderfully relaxed and refreshed after their experiences. Repeated treatments have helped people recover from a variety of emotional and physical discomforts - even those which are past issues. It is important to note that Holistic Practices are not a substitute for medical are. However Reiki and Singing Bowl Sound therapy can help the body create a healing environment and so are excellent practice to be used in tandem with other treatments. I’m a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I use a variety of approaches to treat the whole client, concentrating on any areas which present themselves during the Reiki scanning process or areas which the client asks for special healing with. I am also a certified Level 1 Atma Buti Method of Singing Bowl Sound Healing practitioner and am working on further certifications within that modality. Nurturing the body and mind as a whole, clearing energy blocks and helping balance our inner environment is the best way to help create a healing environment from within.
