Spring is here—and so is that urge to lace up your running shoes again. 🏃‍♂️

Great day at Pickleball Palace in Whippany! 🏓💪

We had a blast offering strength assessments for some of the athletes, including jump testing and grip strength measurements to help players better understand their power, stability, and on-court performance.

We love working with pickleball athletes and helping them stay strong, healthy, and playing the sport they love. Looking forward to doing more events like this soon! 🙌
