As many teenage boys my son tries to eat lots of protein. I prefer for him to eat real food over powder. Today he got a real protein boost about 75gr in one meal he made. Brown rice, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, peppers and some ketchup for color. He said he enjoyed it meanwhile the rest of the family had Carbonara😋
