4:00 pm- 4:30 pm - Panel 3 (Youth Voices - MindSpeak Essay insights - we have over 60 entries between middle school & high school with a lot of them from LPS)
4:30 pm - Award Ceremony & closing remarks.

With all the people going on weight loss drugs and dieting and thinking the only way to be happy is to change the way you look… remember that you are perfect just the way you are. Eat balanced, move your body and remember you’re awesome …and that’s all you need to find the joy.
