Gentle Ayurvedic Yoga with Meditation – Mondays beginning January 20, 2025.
Discover secrets for lifelong wellness from the ancient roots of Ayurveda, the Science of Life, with her sister Yoga, the Science of the Mind. Each class contains a healing matrix of Hatha yoga, sound yoga, mantra and meditation. Session One connects us to our inner landscape by focusing on restorative yoga and meditations for Winter. Session Two embraces a practice that acknowledges the changes unfolding around us, as we move into Spring. Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, blocks and bolster to their home practice. These classes are recorded and distributed to you for repeated practice throughout the weeks we are in session. Led by an experienced yoga practitioner, massage therapist and certified Ayurvedic practitioner.

Jan 14, 2025 – Feb 8, 2025. 6 weeks, meeting Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm – 7:30pm, Eastern Standard Time
Beat the brain's negativity bias and fill yourself with calm strength, confidence and joy. We meet online twice a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings at 6:00pm for a training that includes a PNT handbook, filled with exercises for positive brain change. Each session lasts about 1.5 hours that completes a full12 + hour training, including time spent at home journaling or using the practice meditations. Past students report that they received a firm grasp on the material presented here and were able to apply it to their lives with positive results! Recommended for teachers and students who are lifelong learners or anyone who is looking for transformative change. Led by a Certified PNT Teacher.
