Beth came out today to share her knowledge of local SC wildlife, brought in shells, skeletons, pelts and preserved specamins to showcase and share about wildlife habitats and conservation. Photos from the finale of our Assisted Living Week - our 50&60’s Diner Theme - we watched a “Drive in Movie”, Moving & Grooving to 50’s & 60’s Music and Special Request Karaoke! The residents loved the special decor and time spent reminiscing on the oldies and memories.

In honor and remembrance of our first responders and in support of our local Emergency Service Heroes - We hosted our 911 First Responders Lunch Social yesterday here at Covenant Place. We were honored to be able to provide lunch for our Firefighters and Police Officers. We thank you for all you do - prayers for wisdom and safety as you continue to serve our community!

Senior Networking Breakfast - we meet the second Tuesday of each month - we share ideas, resources and support as a community to better serve our Seniors and their Families at each stage of their journeys- Thank you to Sumter Terrace and Select Rehab for sponsoring our breakfast this morning! Assisted Living Week festivities! Here are a few photos of out Cultural Celebrations experience - we began with Asia in the morning with Thai Chi Exercise, a Chopstick Challenge and Asian snacks - Shrimp chips were the fan favorite. In the afternoon we celebrared Latin American Culture with bell and maraca rhythm repeat - mariachi band and dance performance and themed snacks!

Lego Roses! It was a test of our fine motor skills but we enjoyed the challenge and made wonderful little roses!
