Today we’re shining a light on someone who truly makes a difference every single day 💙

Our nurse Penny is the heart behind so much of the care and compassion you see in our community. From checking on residents with a gentle touch, to supporting families, to guiding our team, she shows up with patience, kindness, and a genuine love for what she does.

She goes above and beyond in ways big and small, and she never forgets to look out for her team. Whether it’s stepping in to help, offering encouragement, or simply making sure no one feels alone, she leads with heart.

In assisted living and memory care, it takes a special kind of person to do this work well… and we are incredibly lucky to have her.

Thank you for everything you do Penny! You make our community better.
