For those who still don't know, Les Beben PA-C has joined me at Magnolia Family Practice! If you're a former patient of his, please stop by our office to pick up a new patient packet and sign a release to get your records transferred from his old office.

We are located at 1229 Alice Drive, in the same building as Christmas' Pharmacy.

Support United Way of Sumter, Clarendon and Lee counties new program VITAL EDGE. The program is a new initiative to address high-risk behaviors in the youth of the three counties, how to develop healthy relationships, and the importance of mental health through evidence-based curriculum. United Way will make $2 off each cake sold. All proceeds remain in the three counties for this program specifically. No funds go towards staff salary.
