Commercial Real Estate Investment

Jack Osteen joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone in August, 2017 as licensed Real Estate Professional. Jack brings more than 25 years of success in media, advertising, publishing, marketing, restaurants and real estate to CBC Cornerstone.

Over the years, Osteen has worked on various commercial and economic development deals with both the city and county of Sumter. He currently serves on the Sumter Economic Development Board and the Sumter Smarter Growth Initiative Board. He also serves as Chair of the Economic Restructuring Committee for Downtown Sumter. In 2015, Jack was named Business Person of the Year by the Greater Sumter Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to his commercial and business success, Jack has bought and sold several properties in downtown Charleston and currently owns and manages several rental properties of his own. Recently, Heritage Historic Properties, LLC where he is a partner recently developed a mixed-use project in Downtown Sumter.
