We sadly join in with the family of Donald “Derrick” Deas in celebrating a life well lived. Mr. Deas transitioned on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. He was born on April 14, 1959.

A public viewing will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Whites Mortuary, LLC, 517 N. Guignard Dr., Sumter, SC.

The celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Jehovah Baptist Church, 805 S. Harvin St., Sumter, SC.

The interment will take place immediately following the service in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Dalzell, SC.

The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 325 West Fulton St., Sumter, SC.

Interment will take place immediately following the service in the Mulberry Baptist Church Cemetery.
