August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day.

Today, we honor the lives lost to overdose, support those who are grieving, and stand with individuals and families who are impacted by substance use.

Overdose Awareness Day is also about hope and action. By breaking the stigma, increasing education, and connecting people to resources, we can save lives.

This week, we’re celebrating what it really means to be a Community Health Center—and why Tandem Health is proud to be one.

Back-to-School Season is in Full Swing!
Tandem Health was proud to join in the fun and support our community at two amazing events last week!
On July 22, we had a blast connecting with families at the Shaw AFB EFMP Back-to-School Jamboree—always an honor to serve our military community!
And on July 23, we were all smiles at the Sumter Police Department’s Back-to-School Bash, helping local students gear up for a strong start to the school year.
Big thanks to all the organizers, partners, and families who came out—we’re grateful to be part of such a vibrant and caring community.
