• Breast cancer is the most common cancer among U.S. women—making up 32% of new diagnoses. • Every 2 minutes, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed. • In 2025, over 317,000 women and 2,800 men are expected to face invasive breast cancer. • Nearly 43,000 lives may be lost this year alone. • Thanks to early detection and better treatment, death rates dropped 44% from 1989 to 2022. • An estimated 170,000 women are living with metastatic breast cancer. • More than 4 million Americans are breast cancer survivors or currently in treatment.
