I designed the Campbell Cane to force people to walk upright and proud. I was invited to show the newest designs to both the Maine Osteopathic conference and later to the National Osteopathic Conference in Colorado Springs last month. I received awesome responses and an invitation to do a seminar. I just received two referrals from doctors for their patients to use my innovative design. This is what the doctors and nurses say about this design. "It forces you to walk erect, takes pressure off from the shoulder, works the triceps muscle, eases pain for carpal tunnel patients, more stability than from a regular cane, easier to navigate stairs." Balance is better because you are looking more forward. The inner ear doers not function properly if you are looking at the ground or floor. My own doctor is the one who encouraged me to show the doctor. Over 40 nurses told me to market it. We feel that the Veterans Administration should review it for soldier rehab in the V.A. Hospital.
