Dear our valued Patients:

We hope that you are doing well during our safe stay at home.

As you may be aware, Governor DeSantis issued an executive order on April 29th, 2020 allowing businesses to resume operations under the conditions of adhering to previously set public health guidelines starting May 4th, 2020.

Our top priority has always been to ensure the safety and health of our patients and community. We are closely following the guidelines recommended by the CDC and local governing bodies.

Currently, our dental suppliers are overloaded with orders for updated PPE and infection control materials. We are also taking it upon ourselves to go beyond what is required of the current guidelines before reopening for business. We have found that the extra infection control measures we plan to implement are also back ordered.

As a result, we will resume our routine operations (including hygiene visits) on May 18th, 2020 once we are fully equipped.

Until our re-opening date, we will:
• Remain open only for on-call emergency visits only. (Pain, swelling, bleeding)
• Temporarily suspend routine dental hygiene visits.

What to expect when we return:
• Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions.
• We ask you to stay in your car when you arrive for your appointment and call us to let you in. We will limit entry to our office to patients with appointments only.This helps us manage the amount of people in the building at one time.
• Continue to wear face masks into the office until you're asked to remove it.
• You may see that our waiting room no longer offers magazines, or loose unessential items.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
• We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as reduce the number of patients in the reception area at one time.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you safe in our practice. We miss you all dearly and hope you are staying safe and healthy. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.
