Avista Sun City West is a dedicated Memory Care community serving the residents of Sun City West and its surrounding areas. Our three separate cottages have 16 apartments each, giving them a smaller neighborhood feel with more personal care. With activity rooms, outdoor pathways, and amazing dining and living spaces, every day is a new adventure!
