Hi! I’m Chris, the owner of Optimal Weight & Wellness Medspa in Sun City West 👋

Our cute lil med spa has built a strong reputation in the community, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re currently looking for a Front Desk / Med Spa Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. Our providers do an amazing job supporting their own clients, but on busy days—especially with walk-ins and foot traffic—I could really use an extra set of hands at the front.

We’re located near several businesses, get great walk-in traffic, and carry a skincare line, so there’s plenty of natural opportunity for client interaction and retail sales throughout the day.

✨ This role includes front desk coverage plus support with:
• Laundry & clinic upkeep
• Ordering, inventory & organization
• Skincare product education & sales
• Cleaning & room resets
• SOAP notes
• Helping spot ways to improve systems and workflows

💡 Skincare experience, sales confidence, and social media comfort are a big plus, but I’m happy to train the right, motivated person. Team mindset is everything here.

We currently offer red light therapy, massage, facials, IV therapy, medical weight loss, wellness peptides, and more—and we’re continuing to expand.
