Every morning, residents join in for stretching, weight training, and low-impact exercise led by EmpowerMe Wellness. Beyond that, there's always something going on:
🎯 Axe throwing and corn hole
🎱 Billiards and group walks
🏊 Pool time at Beardsley Recreation Center
🪑 Chair-based movement sessions

“Our focus is helping residents stay active in ways that work for them,” says Executive Director Dawn Miller.

Our 4th of July BBQ was so much fun!!! Cody Williams and his fiancé Tiffany came to our community to make custom balloon animals and perform juggling and unicycle acts for our residents! In addition to that, outside we had a full Carnival setup with games and a DUNK TANK! 🎪
The day was filled with residents and family members enjoying a delicious BBQ lunch served by our chef, background piano tunes by Laura Brown and all the Carnival mischief they could handle! 🍔🌭🎇
