Meet one of our FreshZest finalists!

“Beef Stroganoff” is a classic comfort recipe with rich flavor and simple ingredients. Submitted by Vera Casstevens, this dish combines beef, onions, mushrooms, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream for a hearty meal that is warm and filling.

Vera shared that this was her late husband’s favorite recipe, which makes it an especially meaningful one to pass along. Served with rice, it is a timeless dish that brings together comfort, tradition, and the kind of home-cooked flavor people come back to again and again.

Now we’re doing it two ways:
