Residents enjoyed a peaceful and energizing Tai Chi session with Jack today at The Palms at Sun City. Tai Chi is a wonderful way to improve balance, flexibility, and relaxation, and it’s always better when shared with friends!

We were honored to welcome guest speaker Joel Lassman, son of a Holocaust survivor, who shared a powerful and personal story of resilience, remembrance, and history. His message sparked thoughtful conversation and reflection among everyone in attendance.
