An Arizona native with a lifelong passion for culinary arts, Francelle’s journey began in her family’s kitchen and evolved into a dynamic career shaped by formal training at Scottsdale Culinary Institute and diverse, high-volume culinary experience. Since joining Royal Oaks in 2017 as Sous Chef, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, creativity, and operational excellence—earning promotions to Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef along the way.

Francelle’s impact goes beyond the kitchen. From award-winning culinary achievements to mentoring future leaders and elevating the overall dining experience, she brings heart, innovation, and a deep commitment to service in everything she does.

We are proud to announce the appointment of Lauren Lauder as the new Executive Director of Royal Oaks, effective April 6, 2026.

After a comprehensive national search, Lauren joins the Royal Oaks community with an impressive background in nonprofit healthcare leadership, including serving as CEO of Spectrum Healthcare Group and COO of Copa Health. Her blend of clinical insight and executive expertise makes her an incredible fit to lead one of Arizona’s premier Life Plan Communities.

As an Arizona native, Lauren also brings a special personal connection to Sun City. Her passion for senior living is rooted in her belief that everyone deserves to thrive with dignity, respect, and meaningful relationships. ❤️
