An Arizona native with a lifelong passion for culinary arts, Francelle’s journey began in her family’s kitchen and evolved into a dynamic career shaped by formal training at Scottsdale Culinary Institute and diverse, high-volume culinary experience. Since joining Royal Oaks in 2017 as Sous Chef, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, creativity, and operational excellence—earning promotions to Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef along the way.
Francelle’s impact goes beyond the kitchen. From award-winning culinary achievements to mentoring future leaders and elevating the overall dining experience, she brings heart, innovation, and a deep commitment to service in everything she does.
