The answers are there - within. YOU are not your thoughts and emotions. YOU (your inner light - inner being) are AWARE of your thoughts and emotions. Your thoughts and emotions are NOT who. you. are.

It's about stepping into your own light - into your own peace. Stepping into a safe space full of compassion for ALL that wishes to come forward.

Releasing what is no longer serving you and expanding into what is asking to shine through - expanding into who you wish to 'be.'🌟

“I love you. I am listening…”

Lots of feelings surfacing today.

Taking time for love & for listening.

Allowing, opening, & taking time to breathe love and care into our hearts. Into all of the feelings.

Taking time to find and nurture the peace and the light. It is there.
