It's about stepping into your own light - into your own peace. Stepping into a safe space full of compassion for ALL that wishes to come forward.

Releasing what is no longer serving you and expanding into what is asking to shine through - expanding into who you wish to 'be.'🌟

Lots of feelings surfacing today.

Taking time for love & for listening.

Allowing, opening, & taking time to breathe love and care into our hearts. Into all of the feelings.

Taking time to find and nurture the peace and the light. It is there.

Let’s center together on peace, hope, light, & love.

Whew…that feels better! 😄

I was working on a small project this morning & feeling more & more antsy as I dove in.

I knew it was time to MOVE!

Out on my bike, I went! 🚴
