Congratulations to Jacob and Dan, who participated in the annual Culinary Olympics against 8 other Great Lakes Division campuses and took home Bronze! Contestants were judged on Presentation, Taste, and Creativity - especially for incorporation of the secret ingredient, which was black tea this year. In 1 hour, our Sun Prairie chefs made: Black tea infused Peruvian chicken smothered in portobella mushroom cream sauce, parmesan encrusted zucchini and summer squash, cilantro lemon rice peppered with aji verde, and a final touch of parmesan crisp to top it all off!
