Hometown Long Term Care Pharmacy
Hometown Long Term Care Pharmacy is the only LTC pharmacy within Hometown's group. There are 60+ additional retail pharmacies throughout the south half of Wisconsin that all work together as sister stores allowing for a larger overall inventory, a quick delivery turn around amongst stores and a daily "back-up" system allowing the best service for our patients. At the LTC location, we service 43+ different facilities ranging from group homes, to assisted livings, to nursing homes all of which are unique to their very own. We have the capability to provide all common long term care needs and services with the advantage of having a mind set of making exceptions and allowing each facility to tell us how they need/want things done for their home. We want to work WITH facilities to better serve their residents and make the medication/pharmacy part of their job easy. Call and ask how we can work with your facility to better your pharmacy services!
Hi, I'm Darcy. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 2001. I have been a pharmacist with Hometown Pharmacy since 2002. I transitioned to Hometown's Long Term Care Pharmacy in 2011. I love building relationships and partnering with our Long Term Care facilities to provide the best pharmaceutical care for their residents. My goal as a Long Term Care Pharmacist is to provide excellent service to our facilities by working with them to provide the best quality of life for their residents. I currently live just north of Madison with my husband and two sons. We enjoy watching the boys play basketball, soccer, and run track. We also enjoy spending time together boating, paddle boarding, skiing, hiking, and traveling. -Darcy Coddington, PharmD
