Coach Spotlight: Shelby Van Engel 💚

Shelby serves as Project Manager for O'Connell Pharmacy and is also a CPESN Wisconsin Support Staff member. With 18 years in pharmacy, she has spent much of her career working to expand the roles of pharmacies, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians across healthcare.

She is especially excited to help pharmacies improve workflow efficiencies and billing processes to move pharmacist provider status forward across Wisconsin’s healthcare and health insurance landscape.

Shelby also looks forward to learning from participating pharmacies throughout the year and hopes they will share both successes and challenges so the profession can continue to grow stronger together.
