This is Lilly Rapid on Clear Creek, part of the Obed Wild & Scenic River.

What you will not read in the park’s Foundation Document is that our good friend J.W. Bradley, who lived a long 95 years, had a big hand in creating the Obed! He teamed up with Ralph Nader and a group of citizens and made it happen. He loved Tomboy and his favorite product was the Muscle Fever rub!!!
