🎄 The Angel Tree Is Up and Ready for the Picking! 🎄

Everyone is invited to participate! Each tag on our Angel Tree represents a resident in our facility. On each tag, you’ll find a few gift ideas chosen by that resident—something special they would love to receive this holiday season.

The joy this tradition brings to our residents is truly immeasurable. You may even be surprised by how much joy the act of giving brings to you as well!

If you would like to make a resident’s holiday a little brighter, simply:

Stop by the facility lobby and choose a tag from the Angel Tree.

Let the receptionist know which tag you selected (for tracking purposes).

Return the wrapped and/or bagged gift(s) by Friday, December 19th, 2025.

After 28 years of dedicated service to Sunbury Skilled Nursing, Kelley, Our Leading with Heart winner known for her deeply nurturing and fun loving disposition, is retiring. Her profound respect for the elderly and devotion to being helpful, caring, and responsive even inspired her daughters to pursue careers in long-term care (LTC).

While she describes this time as bittersweet, Kelley is looking forward to spending more time with her children and grandchildren. Her retirement plans include more traveling and making her famous "Kelley's Jelly" (which she intends to continue bringing in for the staff). Though she will deeply miss her residents and work family, Kelley plans to return in the future to help with events.
