So many women come in saying the same thing…
“I don’t feel like myself, but my labs are normal.” 🤍
Here’s the thing 👇
“Normal” ranges are based on population averages… not you specifically.
And they don’t always reflect what’s optimal for how you actually feel ✨
Fatigue 😴 Brain fog ☁️ Mood changes 💭 Poor sleep 🌙
These are real symptoms—and they deserve to be looked at more closely 🤍
That doesn’t always mean something is “wrong”…
but it does mean we should be asking better questions 💡
