At the end of each year, I often see posts about how terrible the year was and how the person can't wait to start the new year for a refresh or new start.

And yes, sometimes years hold real hardship and loss.

But when possible, finding those moments of good - even tiny ones - can be powerful.

So as we close 2024, let's pause to reflect on some positives.
