As a pilgrim of life and the present moment. Fernanda embodies the essence of transformation and self-awareness that we aim to cultivate during this experience.

With a background as an interior architect and over 8 years of breathwork practice, she brings a unique blend of creativity and depth to our retreat. Her journey began at the age of 9 when she started meditating with her father, instilling in her a lifelong commitment to mental self-control and mindfulness. 🌼

Fernanda has spent some time collaborating with indigenous communities, has enriched her understanding of sustainability and eco-techniques, allowing her to connect deeply with nature and our roots. This experience resonates perfectly with our retreat's focus on awakening the heart and fostering a sense of belonging. 🌍✨
