As a mama of four, running a full summer of programming for other families, I’ve felt that need to pause and refill. This offering was born from that space—and I’m holding it open for you too.

In the sanctuary space at my private farm studio in Tujunga, 91042, you’re invited to experience infused yoga—movement, breath, and deep sensory rest. Come alone to center yourself for the transition ahead, or bring a friend. Invite your child. Gather your sister circle. Up to four guests per session are welcome.

There’s so much noise in the world right now.

🥚✨ Farm-Fresh Magic from Our Cottage Coop ✨🥚

I’m a mother raising children and chickens side by side. We have 27 hens — each one named, loved, and part of our family. This week, they’ve been laying their hearts out. Their eggs are colorful, deeply nourishing, and so big they barely fit in the carton. I’m pretty sure we’ve got a few triple-yolkers in there. 🐣

Our girls are hand-fed organic, high-protein feed enriched with essential oils, herbs, fruits, and veggies. They roam freely in our Certified Wildlife Habitat® and are tended to daily by our children — it’s truly a cottage rhythm we love living.

Hi friends.

I’ve been thinking about how much life can change us, and I hope this story might be helpful to someone out there.

Some of you know bits of my story, but not all of it.

I did 11 rounds of IVF trying to conceive my children.
I spent 5 years fighting in divorce court to protect my children—and finally won.
I’ve been recovering from a car accident that left me with a torn meniscus and hardware in my ankle.

I know what it’s like to feel like you can’t get up off the floor. I know what it’s like to grieve, to start over, to keep going when you’re exhausted.

After my accident, I couldn’t dance anymore the way I used to. My movement was limited for so long, and the weight started to pile on. It’s been humbling and sometimes really hard to look in the mirror and see all the changes. There’s still a lot of weight I want to lose, and I’m working on it step by step.

I’ve learned that it’s not just what happens to us in life—it’s what we tell ourselves about what happens. The story we repeat in our own mind.

As I’ve gone through all this, and as I keep going through all the ups and downs that life brings, I try to bring purpose to it whenever I can. I believe in creating spaces for hope and healing.

It starts with me, but I want to extend that out to you. That’s why I offer a private yoga sanctuary here in TUJUNGA-a place where you can come as you are and feel held.
