Reaching out for help can feel like a big step, and it is okay if it feels overwhelming at first.

Merit Resources offers walk-in assessments at select locations to make getting support more accessible. No long waitlists. No complicated barriers. Just a clear path to getting answers and understanding your next steps.

Walk-ins are first come, first served, and we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to complete registration paperwork. Please review location hours before visiting.

If you have been thinking about getting support, this is one way to take that first step today.

As routines shift and calendars fill up, it can be a good time to check in with the habits that may no longer be serving you. With summer often bringing more social events, gatherings, and added pressure, taking a moment now to reassess your relationship with substances can create space for a healthier season ahead.

Small steps taken today can lead to meaningful change tomorrow.

If you are ready to reset, support is here. Learn more at Merit Resources: https://www.meritresources.org/

Don't wait for a crisis; structured support makes the difference. Learn about building your plan: https://www.meritresources.org/
