Today was the end of an era. After 15 years, I had to say goodbye to my private practice due to major changes in my family's schedule that is incompatible with maintaining patient care. I will still be serving patients at Premise Health, but for now, FSC will have to be on hiatus. I'm so grateful for the patients who have stuck with me all these years and trusted me with their care. They helped me start a business when I was scared of making a go at it alone, something I never dreamed I could achieve for myself because I didn't think I had it in me. Thank you for showing me that I could and I did. I'll never forget it.
