Cedar Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is the proud recipient of the American Healthcare Association Quality Award for Excellence. Recipients of this prestigious award have demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement in the level of care provided to residents. At Cedar Crest, we believe that each patient in our care is unique. This philosophy directs our Total Care approach to patient treatment. Total Care begins with an intense focus on the medical needs of each of our patients, then continues with attention to their personal, social, and spiritual needs as well. It is our goal to maximize the comfort and recovery potential of each of our patients. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, we provide a comprehensive program of therapy services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We provide intensive stroke and orthopedic rehabilitation, and have achieved very impressive outcomes as a result of our state-of-the-art programs and equipment. In fact, 90 percent of our patients recover and are discharged back into their homes and other community settings.
