You don’t want to be the dad — or the grandpa — watching life from a chair.
You want to be moving.
Playing.
Traveling.
Present.
My dad is in his 70s.
He still bike rides for hours.
Plays disc golf.
Hikes.
Keeps up with his grandkids.
That didn’t happen by accident.
He didn’t “retire into” that life.
He built a body that could carry him there — and kept stewarding it.
A lot of men start slowing down long before they want to admit it.
Things feel tighter. Recovery takes longer. Capacity shrinks.
The question isn’t “Can you push through?”
It’s “Do you have a strategy to keep your body strong for the long haul?”
If you’re already noticing the slowdown and want a smarter plan, DM us “PLAN”.
No pressure. Just direction.
