> ๐Ÿด eat 1 hour before workout: Itโ€™s recommended to eat a small snack 1-2 hours before working out. Doing so will keep your blood sugars stabilized and give you that extra power to get you through the workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ .

-> ๐Ÿ’ง Drink 1 gallon water: Are toxins slowing you down? Toxins in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink have a negative impact on our overall health. By drinking 1 gallon of water a day you can speed up your metabolism and improve skin health โšก๏ธ๐Ÿ”.

-> โฐ User a timer: We often do not know how long we rest between our exercises. By tracking the timer, you can track your workout and work more in a shorter period of time.

๐Ÿ… Food Safety is very important, especially in the summer when we have picnics and barbecues. You can use spray or vinegar and water to wash your veggies. You can also scrub them with a brush under running water. This is one of the most important steps to prevent food poisoning.

๐Ÿฟ Popcorn is fun to eat at the movies, but what's really in it? Half the time you can't tell. The best thing is to make it at home ๐Ÿ  and make sure it doesn't contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oil

Bitter Guard is an excellent choice for people with High Cholesterol and to detox the liver. Karela contains important nutrients ranging from iron, magnesium, and vitamin to potassium and vitamin C. It's also loaded with fiber.

100 grams of bitter gourd contains about 34 calories.
13-milligram sodium
602 grams potassium
7 grams total carbohydrate
3.6 grams protein

Now, how can you cook it healthy?
Instead of deep-frying, use an air fryer.

Cook 2 small onions and garlic ginger paste as needed on the nonstick pan until it turns golden brown. Then add your favorite spices such as cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, Himalayan salt, garam masala. Once you have the stuffing ready you can fill that in Karela and put it in the air fryer, Some people sew it, I just put it right away.

Preheat the air fryer at 390 F for 5 minutes and then add Karela to it. Cook them for around 6-8 minutes, until it turns golden brown. Check every 5 minutes. There is Karela's are ready to eat. You can also remove seeds as they are quite bitter, and apply some salt to reduce the bitterness. Some people add jaggery to it as well. I prefer the cook with minimal spices.

Add this food to your diet, to achieve optimal health and fat loss.

_ ๐Ÿ‘We absolutely LOVE this exercise because it helps us to build that mind-muscle connection with our ๐Ÿ‘ A common form fail with squats is the caving in of the knees. This is often caused by weak glutes and abductors. The mini band is a great tool to correct this flaw in technique. Performing banded squats for reps allows you to strengthen the proper squat form.

To start with back squats- it's preferred to go for a wider stance (shoulder width), toes outwards, and making sure you're not rounding your back at the end!

For all those struggling people we are trying to lose weight or build muscle I wanted to share the ups and downs I have gone through. The downs included over eating, stress eating and having too much to drink.

One thing that has kept me sane is the gym. Going to the gym has made me feel more energetic feel and confident. Which has allowed me to apply in many parts of my life. So I suggest hang in there, stick to the plan, listen to your trainer or coach, it takes time for body to change, there will be ups and downs, it's how you get back on your feet and how you face it. Squat 4 sets of 6-8 reps (90-120 sec rest)

Goblet Squat 4 sets of 12 reps (45 sec rest)

Lunges single leg: 8-12 reps each leg (45 sec rest after full set)

Tire flips 100 yards x 3 sets (if no tire do square jumps 3 sets of 10 reps)

Leg press (wide and high) 4 sets of 12 reps (3:0:1:0)
