Whatever fitness and nutrition journey you decide to do. You have to love it!❤️
If you love Zumba, awesome do it. If you love Yoga, great. What's most important, is for you to move your body constantly and have something you can stick to.
Off course we are not gonna lie, if you want to change your body composition, we would suggest adding some strength training...
But in this post, my purpose is to get you moving and to start doing exercise.
Whatever you pick, make sure you enjoy it! You look forward to going and crushing that workout.
In your nutrition journey, I can only suggest you stick to a balanced diet. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a balance of protein, carbs, and fat. Never forget your protein in every meal.
Keto, just because everyone is doing it, doesn't mean it may be the best one for you.
Don't pick any diet or try many, pick a lifestyle, something you can stick to!
