Do you have a pinched nerve?
🔹
Are you experiencing pain in your upper back when you look up or a pulling or tightness feeling when you turn your head?
🔹
If so, you may have a pinched nerve in your cervical spine (neck) or thoracic spine caused by a vertebra out of place.
🔹
The three main signs and symptoms of a pinched nerve: pain traveling up to your neck into the base of the skull forming a headache, pain, numbness, or tingling going into your arm or forearm, and pain wrapping around your shoulder blade.
🔹
Main causes: sleeping with your neck kinked, holding the phone with your shoulder and not your hand, bad mechanics while working out, or anything with your head tilted to the side for a prolonged period of time.
