We had such a meaningful time connecting with families this weekend at the Boys & Girls Club in Ft. Lauderdale 💚
Events like this remind us why these conversations matter so much. Parents are *already* talking to their kids about so many important things—values, safety, relationships—but conversations about bodies, boundaries, and s*xuality often get left out or delayed. And the truth is… those conversations don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
At Argyle Therapy Group, this is something we deeply believe in and actively promote:
👉 open, honest, developmentally appropriate conversations about s*x *start early* and build trust over time.
We’re not a nonprofit—we’re a clinical practice—but showing up in community spaces like this still matters to us. Because creating room for these conversations shouldn’t be limited to therapy offices. It belongs in everyday life, in families, in community spaces, in moments just like this.
S*xual health *is* mental health. And when we support parents in feeling more confident having these conversations, we’re supporting entire families in feeling more connected, informed, and empowered.
Grateful to be part of a community that’s willing to show up, learn, and grow together 🌱
If you’re a parent and don’t know where to start—this is your sign to start small. We’re here to help.
