Last Thursday was a busy day for our CCPeeps! We welcomed the children of our CCPeeps for Bring Your Child to Work Day and celebrated Security Awareness Week.

The children were immersed in a magical world of wizardry, and participated in various activities like:

🧪 Investigating what potion is making our population sick (Health Economics)
📢 Designing a magical ad to encourage kids to get an annual check-up (Marketing and Communications)
💻 Warding off unethical use of AI (IT)
💰 Managing a budget (Finance)
👏 Creating a house crest based on our fundamental behaviors

Later in the day, our little CCPeeps were joined by their parents for some pizza and an informative cybersecurity session on making smart security choices.

A special thank you to our HR and IT departments for organizing this fantastic day for our little CCPeeps. 🪄

Here’s what to know and how to protect your heart.

Your body makes more blood to help your baby grow.

To move this extra blood, your heart works harder and beats 10–20 more times each minute.

❤️ Symptoms to watch for:

• Feeling very tired
• Trouble breathing
• Swelling in your legs, feet, or face
• Belly pain
• Very bad headaches
• Feeling dizzy or faint

If you notice any of these, tell your doctor right away.

❤️ How can you help your heart?

• Go to all your check‑ups so your doctor can watch your heart health.
• Check your blood pressure often and report high numbers.
• Eat healthy foods, take gentle walks, and don’t smoke.
