Hands of Chi has been in the Health and Wellness arena for more than 2 decades, studying the biggest issues and finding ways to help people back to where they want to be. Knowing that today’s client is more than a one size fits all situation, Hands of Chi provides a list of services that can better facilitate their needs. It takes making choices that positively affect your nervous system instead of wreaking havoc when you’re already dysregulated. The process isn’t linear and it isn’t always pretty, but keep going and you will feel the difference you’re making. Soon you’ll be able to look back and witness all of the progress you’ve made!

This schedule is a great place to start! Eventually, you will begin to prioritize these sorts of activities naturally. The more you reward your nervous system and body with lower cortisol (healthy cortisol levels), the more you will instinctively do these things. Every day and every week or month will look different as far as “self care” goes because life inevitably flows up and down. But if you can sneak in these bio hacks regularly, you will feel better and more resilient!

We open up minimal slots through our online booking and it’s only one month at a time. WHY? Because it’s a perk for those who regularly stay booked with us. When you commit to your wellness routine, we reserve time for you. There’s no need for online booking when we see you often, you get the prime spots and we only showcase online what’s leftover. No fighting for your favorite spot or asking for last minute appointments which are hard to count on. When you plan ahead, your session will be there for you just at the right time. Most likely before the pain or stress overwhelms you or an injury takes place. We are your “pit crew” for life and we love supporting you!
