Exhaustion is a sign that the “just push through” and the “go hard or go home” mentality is not currently serving you. Maybe it’s a mindset that has made decisions for you for quite some time. Maybe it’s time to reevaluate.
🤔🤔🤔
It’s more than okay to rest, it’s necessary to your longevity - no matter if your 10, 30, 50, or 80 years old. It’s wise to listen to your body and doing so will make you more resilient. Our bodies are amazing machines and can do and accomplish epic feats BUT listening to and caring for your body is at the very foundation of it all. 🙏
