I am looking to fill two positions starting In August for a teaching assistant at a Waldorf-inspired in-home preschool located near Oak Hill.
Preference for prior knowledge of Waldorf and holistic play-based education models for young children. I would be willing to train the right fit.
Hours needed for the first position: class assistant 8:30 am-1:00 pm, occasional need for hours extending to 4:30 pm.
Second position: Nap/snack assistant 12:30-4:00. Occasional need for hours to extend till 4:30 and availability to sub from 8:30 till 4
We follow the Austin Waldorf school calendar. Summer hours may be available as well , depending on summer class size.
LGBTQ FRIENDLY.

It would be a great gig for a crunchy mama looking to work part-time.

Pay for the teaching assistant position is $20.00 hourly. Willing to pay more depending on training and experience. I would be willing to fill this position with someone wanting to work the whole day.

Must be at least 18, a high school graduate, or equivalent. I do not offer health benefits.
