It is our pleasure to introduce Kallie Lindberg as our full-time administrator at Dove Healthcare - Superior! Kallie started her new role last month.

Kallie joins us with years of experience in long-term care, starting as a CNA and most recently serving as a licensed nursing home administrator in Sandstone, MN. She is no stranger to our Superior facility, having worked at the building under its previous ownership.

Kallie brings a supportive and collaborative leadership style by being present, approachable, and consistent for her staff. Her goals of immediately improving care and workflow while building a culture of trust and accountability amongst her team members make Kallie an excellent fit to oversee operations in Superior.

A native of Duluth, MN, Kallie is a graduate of UW-Superior, and she also earned healthcare executive certification from the University of Minnesota Crookston. In her free time, you'll find her at a horse show competing in barrel racing, or watching her husband, Jeremiah, race at the local dirt bike track.

Wendy consistently demonstrates strong initiative and a deep commitment to supporting both the clinical team and the overall operations of the building. She willingly takes on responsibilities well beyond her Health Information role. Throughout my years serving as an Interim Administrator at a variety of facilities, Wendy is truly a standout employee. Wendy is dependable, organized, and serves as a central point of coordination for nursing staff, leadership, and providers. Wendy's ability to maintain clear communication and ensure appropriate follow-up does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated by everyone who has the pleasure to work with her on a day-to-day basis!"

The kids from Cooper Elementary came this month in two sets of 30 kids to come do some coloring for our residents. On the second day they even delivered some of their artwork to the residents around the building, and wished us a happy Spring!

We are excited to introduce Lorna Harvey as Dove Healthcare's Director of Human Resources!

Lorna joins us with 20+ years of experience in human resources, specializing in leading enterprise people strategy for several multi-site, regulated, and high-growth organizations, including long-term care facilities. Her proven track record of leading and developing HR teams, improving engagement and retention, and advising leadership through workforce transformation is integral as she gets set to oversee our HR department.

Lorna is a native of Chippewa Falls and a graduate of UW-Eau Claire, where she earned her MBA in Business Concentration. She also earned her BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

According to the National Association of Social Workers, the theme honors the prime mission of the Social Work profession – to enhance human well-being, meet the basic human needs of all people, and put special attention on the needs and empowerment of people are vulnerable, oppressed and living in poverty.

Social workers have enriched our society by empowering people and communities to overcome hurdles that prevent them from living life to the fullest.
