Whattup mushroom babies!! Do you want to take a drive around Ireland with me?

This winter was rough, wasn’t it? I got a little stir crazy and took myself to Ireland to escape the chaos within and around me. What I found was both an expedition and a healing journey.

I found mushrooms, met new friends, and learned a lot about the past and the future. 😉 But most importantly, I got to spend time in the ancient energy of Ireland, which felt deeply powerful, safe, healing, and old.

Here’s a little montage from driving around roughly half the country in just 8 days.

I’ve officially released my Agarikon dual extract on the website. This is a very limited run, only 50 bottles available.

Agarikon is one of the rarest medicinal mushrooms in the wild. It grows in old-growth forests—ecosystems that are disappearing and it cannot yet be fully cultivated at scale.

Deforestation, expansion, and the constant demand for more are destroying the very environments that allow it to exist. When old-growth forests disappear, so do the complex ecosystems that support organisms like this. Organisms we don’t even fully understand, yet may hold profound medicinal value.

That made this a difficult product for me to release. I sat with it for a long time. But here’s where I landed:

This Agarikon was already harvested—sourced carefully from people I trust. I’m not foraging it myself, and I’m not building a supply chain around it. This is not a recurring product. Letting it sit unused would be disrespectful. If something this rare has already been taken from the forest, the least we can do is honor it—use it with intention, respect it, and learn from it.

My hope is that this does more than support your health. I hope it shifts perspective. That people stop and think: “This powerful medicine came from an old-growth forest and not some lab… and those forests are disappearing.” Because maybe that awareness leads to care. And maybe that care leads to protection.

Making this extract was a spiritual experience for me. It came out of a difficult period in my life, and there were moments where I had no instructions, no clear path forward. So I did what I’ve learned to do, I listened to the mushroom. When you build a relationship with mushrooms, you start to understand that they guide the process as much as you do. I listened to the Agarikon every step of the extraction, and approached it with patience, respect, and intention.

This is not just another product. It’s a reminder of what still exists, and what we stand to lose.

My best friends are women, the people I look up to the most are women, the people who have helped me the most are women and I am most comfortable around women.

I would not be the man I am today without the women in my life acting as mothers, protectors, educators, spiritual anchors, leaders, lovers and energy workers.

Thank you to all the women who put their voices out there to make humankind more kind. I love you.
